K20-K40 Recommended for general use on a wide range of applications

PVD COATED IC1010 S15-S30 to medium feeds. The grade features improved toughness and AITiN
and high temperature alloys at moderate cutting speeds and low
wear resistance which extends tool life.

steel and stainless steel at low to medium cutting speeds and
IC1030 moderate to high feeds. Recommended for interrupted cuts
and machining under unstable conditions. The grade features TiN
improved toughness and wear resistance which extends tool life. AITiN

CVD COATED IC5400 M25-M45 A tough substrate with MTCVD coating and a special SUMOTEC TiN
post coating treatment. Suitable for machining steel and stainless
steel at low to medium cutting speeds and moderate to high
