P05-P25
A hard cermet grade with PVD coating. Suitable for
M05-M15
finishing operations on steels and stainless steel at
IC520N
high cutting speeds and low feeds. Features excellent

surface finish, very good wear resistance and prevents

built-up edge.
P25-P35
for Semi-Finishing and finishing operations on steels at
IC530N M20-M30 Tough cermet grade with PVD coating. Recommended Base
medium to high cutting speeds and low feeds. Features
excellent surface finish, high wear resistance, plastic TiN
deformation durability and prevents built-up edge. TiCN
Base
A very hard submicron grain size substrate with PVD
coating and a special SUMOTEC surface treatment.
Suitable for semi-finishing and finishing operations
IC804 under stable conditions on high temperature alloys
and Titanium alloys moderate to relatively high cutting TiAlN
S05-S15 speeds. Features high wear resistance and plastic AlTiN
deformation durability. Base
A hard submicron grain size substrate with PVD coating
and a special SUMOTEC surface treatment. Excellent
M05-M15 for machining high temperature alloys and Titanium
IC806
alloys, at moderate to relatively high cutting speeds. TiAlN
Features high wear resistance and plastic deformation
S10-S20
PVD COATED P10-P20 durability. Base
AlTiN
A hard submicron grain size substrate with PVD coating
M05-M15
machining steels, alloy steels, austenitic stainless steel,
K15-K30 and a special SUMOTEC surface treatment. Suitable for
IC807 high temperature alloys and hard steels at moderate to
relatively high cutting speeds under stable conditions. TiN
S10-S20 Features high wear resistance and plastic deformation TiAlN
H05-H15 durability. Base
P30-P45 A tough substrate with PVD coating and a special
M25-M40 SUMOTEC surface treatment. Suitable for machining
steel and stainless steel at low to medium cutting
IC830 speeds and moderate to high feeds. The grade features
high toughness and recommended for interrupted cuts TiN
S20-S30 and machining under unstable conditions. May be used TiAlN
on high temperature alloys at low cutting speeds. Base
P10-P20 A hard submicron grain size substrate with PVD coating
M05-M15 suitable for a wide range of materials such as steels,
K15-K30 alloy steels, hard steels, austenitic stainless steel and

heat resistant alloys at moderate to relatively high
S10-S20 cutting speeds under stable conditions. Features high TiAlN

K20-K40 variety of operations and materials such as steels,
